Youth Digital Arts CyberSchool

We understand that navigating our forums to find and download some of our student video games, animations, and digital music, is less than easy so we are providing direct links to some of the digital art here. Please feel free to check out the forums for all of the digital art. We will continue to add to this list so keep watching!

The games, animations, and animations are free to download and play but the student creators and YDACS hold all the copyrights so please ask us before using them for anything other than personal enjoyment.

Selected Student Video Games!
  • Jason's Game Soltu - Jason was 8 when he designed and created this game, he is now 9 and one of our Student Mentors and is helping to design our RPG courses! Here is the CD cover that Jason designed.

  • Jason taught his mom how to make a game so here is Lyndy's Amazing Game

  • Jake is one of our 13 year old homeschool students and his game is called Revolution - this is a complex multi-level RPG which is awesome since we didn't teach creating RPGs in our courses. Jake is now one of our Student Mentors and is helping to design our RPG courses.

updated 2/14/08 - Jake has significantly decreased the size of the file and increased the speed of the game! He is also hard at work on version 2!

updated 6/2/08 - the demo version of Revolution 2 is now available for FREE download! We are going to be selling the full version for $5 so keep tuned to this channel! So please download Revolution 2, tell all your friends to download Revolution 2, and please provide us with helpful feedback and comments so Jake can make it even better! Jake is paving the way to YOU so keep in mind when you're giving feedback that we want to sell your games too!

  • Malachi's Bodow the Clown - this is a super game and it was difficult not selecting it as a contest winner.

  • Cassie took all three of our Video Game Design courses and then designed and created an awesome video game as her 7th grade Marine Biology class project! Her teacher asked for her autograph. This is a Quicktime movie where she explains how she researched her project and demonstrates the game. If you do not have Quicktime you can download it here. Remember to vote for Cassie for president in a few years!

Selected Student Animations!

We only have one animation but it is awesome! Our other student animators need to get BUSY!

Sample MadPlayer & Cakewalk Digital Music Composition

Our Digital Music students need to get busy as well!
  • A Bossanova piece that may relax you to sleep. This piece shows how someone with no music experience whatsoever composed this piece on the MadPlayer and then imported the song in MIDI format into Cakewalk which is professional level software used by musicians to play with the theme in the melody by changing instruments and dragging and dropping the melody into different places in the composition. Sleep well!
